Insurance Reimbursement

     While we do not accept insurance, we can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. You stand a better chance of having your insurance company reimburse you for the stop smoking program if you get your medical doctor to write you a prescription for hypnosis to Stop Smoking. This is exactly as if your doctor were to write a prescription for you to see a physical therapist or a nutritionist.
If your doctor is still unsure or sceptical about hypnosis, he or she can call me anytime and I will explain it fully.

    

IRS Tax Write Off

      Additionally, you can write off the cost of your Stop Smoking Program on your Federal Taxes. Here is a quote from IRS Publication 502. "You can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for a program to stop smoking. However, you cannot include in medical expenses amounts you pay for drugs that do not require a prescription, such as nicotine gum or patches, that are designed to help stop smoking."

      This is all the more reason to use hypnosis to Stop Smoking instead of using over the counter drugs.
